The Precision High-Efficiency Sorting Machine is specifically designed for manufacturers requiring high-volume, high-precision sorting of annular, spherical, and gasket components. It meets all standards for accurately separating qualified products from defective ones among annular and sheet-type standard parts. This machine can perform sorting based solely on diameter or thickness, as well as simultaneously conduct dual sorting by both diameter and thickness.
The high-efficiency sorting machine is based on a three-dimensional tumbling motion comprising horizontal, throwing, and rolling movements. The material is evenly dispersed across the entire screen surface from the center to the outer edge.
During this dispersion process, materials of standard diameter are screened out through the predetermined apertures on the sieve plate. The material propagates axially in a spiral motion, allowing qualified thickness to be screened based on precisely set gaps.
The fundamental rotary motion simulates manual sieving. The eccentricity is adjustable from 25 to 40 mm, and the low-speed V-belt drive offers adjustable speeds ranging from 20 to 360 rpm.
The residence time for each product can be adjusted by modifying the radial and tangential angles toward the drive axis. This process is repeated between each sieve layer.
