The standard test sieve operates by utilizing a motor to drive a gear mechanism via a synchronous belt, which transmits power to the main shaft.
Through a gear speed change system, the main shaft rotates at the preset speed.
The rotating main shaft then actuates an eccentric wheel, causing a slide plate to perform reciprocating motion.
This motion propels the test sieve in the tray to shake side-to-side while simultaneously generating high-frequency vibrations, thereby completing the entire sieving process.
