The tapping sieve is mainly composed of a machine base, sieve, and transmission mechanism. It can be equipped with a special fixture that accommodates not only Φ200 test sieves but also Φ100 and Φ75 sieve sets. This fixture offers convenient and flexible operation, ensures a secure and reliable clamp, and features an automatic shutdown function.

The motor of the tapping sieve drives the main shaft to rotate via a synchronous belt and a gear speed change system.
The main shaft then drives an eccentric wheel, which causes the sliding plate to move the test sieve from side to side.
Simultaneously, the rotation actuates a striker gear that lifts and releases a tapping hammer, delivering a tapping action to the test sieve.
This combined shaking and tapping motion efficiently screens the material within the test sieve.

The tapping sieve is capable of screening products with a variety of material characteristics. It is suitable for inspecting the particle size distribution of conventional abrasives and for the production grading and size analysis of super-hard materials. It is widely used in research, production, and laboratory settings across various sectors, including geology, metallurgy, powder industries, chemical engineering, building materials and cement, medicine, and national defense, for particle size screening and testing.
This tapping sieve has undergone continuous and rational innovation, leading to an improved base structure. The machine features a more compact design, reduced weight, and enhanced durability, making it more portable and user-friendly. Maintenance is simplified, with parts that are easy to repair and source. It is extensively applicable for laboratory screening in fields such as geology, powder metallurgy, abrasives, powders, chemicals, building materials, medicine, and national defense. It is particularly suited for high-intensity, high-frequency repetitive use in production grading processes, such as in the diamond micro-powder and super-hard materials industries.
