The Magnetically Levitated Multi-Functional Inspection Sieve is a newly developed, innovative inspection equipment integrating three motion modes into a single unit: vertical vibration, horizontal reciprocating motion, and lateral oscillation. This compound motion induces a hybrid reciprocating and rotational movement of materials within the sieve, effectively preventing particle retention in mesh apertures. Capable of sieving particles as fine as 5 microns, it represents a cutting-edge advancement in precision screening technology.

The magnetic suspension test sieve utilizes an electromagnetic vibration-generating device as its vibration source.
The principle is as follows: after being energized, the electromagnetic device creates a magnetic field, causing the vibration-generating device to levitate within the magnetic field and generate high-frequency vertical vibrations.
These vibrations are then transmitted through the base tray to a set of sieves arranged from coarse to fine placed on the tray.
This causes the material to undergo reciprocating vertical and horizontal vibrations and movements, ensuring that only particles of the same size remain in each layer, thereby achieving separation by different particle sizes.
High Stability: Utilizes a gear-driven "synchronous belt" transmission method, ensuring accurate drive and consistent performance. The speed ratio is precise, preventing speed loss or belt slippage. The equipment is equipped with a digital timer; it will automatically stop after the set time elapses.
Low Maintenance Cost: As the two gears are connected by a "synchronous belt," the gears themselves do not wear, resulting in a long service life (maintenance only requires replacing the "synchronous belt"). The eccentric wheel is designed as an integrated unit, making installation easy and precise. The bearings used in the transmission part are standard components, which are not prone to wear and are low-cost and easy to replace.
High Screening Efficiency: The screening method combines three types of motion: reciprocating, rocking, and vibration. This prevents screen clogging, ensures fast feeding, and achieves thorough screening.
Compact Size, Cleanliness, and Ease of Operation: The device features a compact and aesthetically pleasing design. All functions can be operated individually via the control panel.
