The S49 Series Three-dimensional Vibrating Screen is a high-precision fine powder screening machine characterized by low noise, high efficiency, and rapid screen mesh replacement requiring only 3-5 minutes. Featuring a fully enclosed structure, it is suitable for the screening and filtration of granules, powders, viscous liquids, and other materials.

The S49 Series Three-dimensional Vibrating Screen typically employs a vertical motor as the vibration source.
Eccentric weights installed at both the upper and lower ends of the motor transform the motor's rotational motion into three-dimensional (horizontal, vertical, and tilting) movements, which are then transmitted to the screen surface.
By adjusting the phase angle between the upper and lower eccentric weights, the material's trajectory on the screen surface can be precisely controlled.

The S49 Series Three-dimensional Vibrating Screen: Capable of screening particles, powders, and viscous liquids across a broad range. Achieves a screening fineness of up to 500 mesh (0.028 mm) and a minimum filtration size of 5 microns. Supports graded screening with 1 to 5 screen layers, enabling simultaneous separation or filtration across 2 to 6 grades.
