Unique Motion Pattern

The distinctive motion pattern of the Zhenwei Swing Screen enables precise screening and grading of fine granular materials. It generates a three-dimensional tumbling motion (elliptical motion), allowing easy separation of fine and ultra-fine particles.  

The elliptical motion incorporates both radial and tangential angles. This design ensures the screened material is evenly distributed from the center to the periphery across the entire screen surface. The radial angle drives the material outward from the center, while the tangential angle propels it in a circumferential direction, creating a spiral movement. Fine particles pass through the center, while coarse particles travel outward along the circumference and are eventually discharged from the outlet.  

The uniqueness of the Zhenwei Swing Screen lies in its operational mechanism. This mechanism ensures that materials move in a spiral trajectory across the screen, prolonging their dwell time on the mesh. As a result, it achieves highly accurate screening and grading.

Precise Six-Grade Grading

The Zhenwei Swing Screen employs a five-layer screen plate design, enabling precise grading up to six levels. Mixtures of large and fine particles that were traditionally difficult to separate can now be efficiently graded with ease.

Pneumatic Lifting System  

The Zhenwei Swing Screen incorporates a pneumatic lifting system, offering simplified operation and effortless screen mesh adjustment.  

Traditional multi-layer lifting systems required each layer to be raised individually—a cumbersome, time-consuming, and labor-intensive process. To address this inefficiency, the Zhenwei Swing Screen ingeniously integrates a pneumatic lifting system, significantly streamlining operations.  

When inspecting, cleaning, or replacing screens, this system can simultaneously lift all layers in one motion, eliminating the need for repetitive manual adjustments.  

The pneumatic lifting system is an on-demand solution that can be installed or retrofitted onto your existing rotary screening equipment.
