The horizontal airflow sieve features a cylindrical screen housed within the machine body.
Material is fed into the system via a screw conveyor, where it mixes with airflow and becomes atomized before entering the cylindrical screen.
Inside the screen, the rotating impeller blades subject the material to both centrifugal force and cyclonic propulsion.
This dual force propels finer particles through the mesh, discharging them via the fine material outlet.
Coarser particles that cannot pass through the mesh travel along the screen wall and are discharged through the coarse material outlet.
